What We Learned in Week 7

Raiders are not using a committee
Jacobs has been on a hot streak, including Sunday where Jacobs rushed 20 times for 143 yards and 3 TDs. Not only does this submit Jacobs as a the lead and only back in the Raiders offense, but it cements him as a top 10 RB in fantasy moving forward. Jacobs is in a contract year and will likely be run into the ground, giving Jacobs the volume to sustain his dominant performance.
Ken Walker III is a league winner
Walker has averaged 20.5 fantasy points the last three games, including a big 29 point game against the Chargers. The offense has shifted from Geno Smith's hot hand to Ken Walker's legs. Walker will receive 20+ touches in most every game for the rest of the season. Considering Walker was a wavier wire pickup in a lot of leagues, its not that often that a weekly top 10 RB is available to add, so if you grabbed Walker when he was available you are enjoying the riches.
Travis Etienne Time
Etienne had his breakout game against the Giants where he took his 14 carries for 114 yards and a touchdown. On top of that, James Robinson has been shipped to the Jets to replace Breece Hall, opening the door for Etienne to break out even further. If Etienne was smartly stocked, this is the moment where he will be a must start most weeks moving forward.
James Robinson will get his second chance
Robinson fell out of the offense after his hot start in Jacksonville, but now he gets the opportunity to steal the Jets backfield for the rest of the season. With Breece Hall out for 2022, Robinson is in a great position to steal the bulk of the touches from Michael Carter Jr. Carter has produced well, but was clearly not the option for the Jets. Robinson has a great chance to re-spark that fire that he came out with to start the year.
49ers offense will be fun to watch, but hard to manage
The 49ers now have one of the most explosive and versatile offenses with Deebo Samuel, CMC, George Kittle, Brandon Aiyuk, and Kyle Juszczyk. Jimmy G will have to manage the talent, which is concerning, but he has done it before. CMC looked solid in his debut, despite having 3 days to learn the playbook. While this talent is mouthwatering, this team will be difficult to manage. CMC's opportunity share will likely drop, Deebo will take the biggest hit from CMC's arrival, and Aiyuk and Kittle will have to manage the rest. Jeff Wilson, Eli Mitchell, and any other random RB the 49ers stumble will have to fight for every chance with CMC leading the pack substantially. Deebo and CMC are must starts, but you will have to watch more closely than usual.
Will the Pats really go with a two QB approach?
The Pats benched Mac Jones mid game for the hot Bailey Zappe, but both failed to provide a big spark. Bill was non cooperative when asked about his QBs, per usual, which leaves a lot of questions for Patriots fantasy players outside of Rhamondre Stevenson. Mac Jones is the clear start, but could very easily see both QBs take the field moving forward. I would imagine if Mac Jones continues to struggle, Bailey will remain to see chances to take the helm.
